PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP PENILAIAN PRESTASI KERJA KARYAWAN PT. PESONA KHATULISTIWA NUSANTARA DI TANJUNG SELOR KALIMANTAN UTARA
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline and work motivation on the assessment of the work performance of PT. Enchantment of the Archipelago's Equator. This type of research is quantitative correlational. The population in this study were all company employees of PT. Enchantment of the Equator in Tanjung Selor, amounting to 150 people while the sample numbered 45 people or 30% of the total population through random sampling techniques. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is Inferential Analysis. The results showed an influence on work discipline and work motivation on employee performance appraisal of PT. Enchantment of the Equatorial Archipelago, this is evidenced by the results of the product moment correlation analysis obtained by the sign value. 6,012>2,016, so H0 is rejected as meaning significant. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap penilaian prestasi kerja karyawan perusahan PT. Pesona Khatulistiwa Nusantara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif bersifat korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan perusahan PT. Pesona Khatulistiwa di Tanjung Selor yang berjumlah 150 orang sedangkan sampelnya berjumlah 45 Orang atau 30% dari total populasi melalui teknik sampling random. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisa Inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh pada disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap penilaian prestasi karyawan perusahan PT. Pesona Khatulistiwa Nusantara, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis korelasi product moment diperoleh nilai sign. 6,012>2,016, jadi H0 ditolak artinya signifikan.
