PENERAPAN METODE EARNED VALUE ANALYSIS PADA PEKERJAAN REHABILITASI JEMBATAN
ABSTRACT The concept of Earned Value is a project management method used to control costs and time. This method provides information about the Cost Variant, Schedule Variant, Cost Performance Index, and Schedule Performance Index of the project in the reporting period. The purpose of this study was to determine how the application of Earned Value in estimating the cost and time of project execution, whether the project implementation was in accordance with the planned time and cost. This result value method includes budget and cost plans (RAB), unit price analysis and project progress reports processed to obtain BCWS (Budgeted Cost of Work Schedule), ACWP (Actual Cost of Work Performance), and BCWP (Budgeted Cost of Work Performance). From the results of the application of the result value method, it is known that the results of the review in the 5th month (May) obtained BCWS = Rp. 969,886,909.22; ACWP = IDR 832,970,659.13; BCWP = IDR 853,558,464.29; While the cost variance (CV) until the 5th month (May) is positive (+) while the schedule variance (SV) is negative (-). And it can be seen that the final estimated cost of the EAC (Estimate At Complete) project is Rp. 2,283,065,315.03 with a planned budget of Rp. 2,161,270,428.90. From these results, the work was delayed for 19 days from the planned time and it is estimated that the project suffered a loss of Rp. 121,794,886.13
