The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study was the Mara Hilir Village Community. The number of respondents studied were 100 respondents. The data collection is in the form of a questionnaire, the data analysis technique used in this study is SPSS 21 and structural equation modeling (SEM). From the results of the analysis stated that the higher the value of the training will affect the existence. This shows that if the value of training increases Then there will be an effect on existence Based on the results of descriptive analysis shows that the average value of the training variable is 3.07. which means it can be categorized as good. While the average value on the existence variable is 3.99. This shows that the effect is not significant. Both Variables From the results of the analysis, it is stated that the higher the coaching will affect the existence. This shows that if cultivation increases Then there will be an effect on existence. Based on the results of descriptive analysis, it shows that the average value of the coaching variable is 3.97. which means it can be categorized as good. While the average value on the existence variable is 3.99. This shows a significant effect
