Labor is an important factor in the implementation of construction projects. One of the factors that needs to be considered in measuring the performance of the artisan group is knowing the effectiveness of work time. Effectiveness is one's ability to achieve goals. The study was conducted by comparing the actual work time obtained from measurements in the field with theoretical work time which is calculated based on general working hours which are then adjusted to the existing theory. Furthermore, the actual work time is calculated for its effectiveness against the theoretical work time, for each craftsman. the comparison is also carried out for the effectiveness of working time between craftsmen with different compositions, the speed of time that can be produced, and the quality of labor-efficient products on rigid road projects in Jokowi Flats. Then do the comparison of age, work experience and education level with the Chi-Square Test method to determine the effectiveness of these three factors. Of the three factors analyzed, all factors affect an artisan's work, viewed from the age factor because, younger ages have better stamina than older people. The work experience factor is seen from someone who already understands the scope of work, such as understanding of mistakes, ways of working and others.
