Abstrak
Durio (Durio Zibethinus Murr.) is one of tropical fruits from Bombacaceae family which has economic value in Kasembon Regency, Jati Kerto and Wagir Malang is a durian distribution has high diversity. The purpose of this research is to identify pylogenetic diversity of durian fruit as much as 19 sampling. The method used is DNA extraction with RAPD Mark. The results of analysis DNA with UPGMA using NTSYS-pc program. 2.02. The result of matrix analysis durio similarity of 19 individual gained a similarity level of 0.40-1.0%. Cluster analysis produces dendrogram that form two groups clustered by character.
