PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA DI DINAS KOMUNIKASI, INFORMATIKA DAN PERSANDIAN KABUPATEN BULUNGAN
ABSTRAK Muhammad Ma’ruf Fadilah, Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja. Mahasiswa Berkuliah di Universitas Kaltara di bawah bimbingan Ibu Ika Niswatin Budiarti S.Psi, M.M Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah Kepemimpinan dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel adalah 32 responden. Pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner, teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa secara parsial Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja, berdasarkan dari hasil Uji t, nilai signifikan dapat dilihat 0,000 0,05 yang berarti kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap produktivitas kerja. Kemudian ditemukan bahwa secara parsial Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja, berdasarkan dengan hasil Uji t, nilai signifikan dapat dilihat 0,689 > 0,05 yang berarti Lingkungan Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Kemudian ditemukan bahwa Kepemimpinan dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja. berdasarkan hasil Uji F menunjukkan bahwa nilai F hitung sebesar 55.822 dengan signifikan 0,000 0,05, yang berarti Lingkungan Kerja dan Semangat Kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. The purpose of this study was to determine whether Leadership and Work Environment influence Work Productivity. This study used quantitative methods. The population and sample were 32 respondents. Data collection was done using a questionnaire, and the data analysis technique used in this study was SPSS version 23. The results of the study found that Leadership partially has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity. Based on the t-test results, the significance value is 0.000 0.05, indicating that leadership has a partial effect on work productivity. Furthermore, the Work Environment partially has a negative and insignificant effect on Work Productivity. Based on the t-test results, the significance value is 0.689 > 0.05, indicating that the Work Environment does not significantly influence Work Productivity. Furthermore, it was found that Leadership and Work Environment simultaneously influence Work Productivity. Based on the results of the F test, it shows that the calculated F value is 55,822 with a significance of 0.000 0.05, which means that the work environment and work enthusiasm have a simultaneous effect on employee performance.
