Abstrak
Good cost control is expected to be able to assist project implementation in accordance with the planned costs to achieve project objectives without any cost deviations. This study aims to analyze the cost of implementing the project as well as the advantages and disadvantages of costs in the project implementation of the Tanjung Selor Flood Control Canal Development Phase V. The method used in this study is the method of analysis of yield value. The data obtained from the project include the project Time Schedule , Budget Plan, and Project Weekly Reports. This method provides information on Yield Value (EV), Actual Cost (AC), Cost Performance Index (CPI) and Cost Variance (CV) which will be used for analysis. Project work data for 20 weeks of reporting. The results obtained from this study using the value analysis method, the project implementation costs are lower than the contract value indicated by theActual Cost (ACcumulative) of the 20th week of Rp. 1,297.305.118. In working on this project the contractor earns a profit of Rp. 145.876.882 indicated by thevalue of CV (Cost Variance) cumulative week 20 which the result was positive and the CPI index = 1.11 > 1 which indicated that the expenditure was smaller than the budget.Key words :Control, Cost, Analysis, Earned Value, Earned Value Analysis
